Endless Summer Brew

Ingredients:

• 2 shots Dragon’s Keeper gin
• 1 shot lemon juice
• 2 tsp honey
• 250ml cold beer

Instructions:

• Mix gin, lemon juice & honey in a tall beer glass.
• Make sure honey is fully dissolved.
• Fill half the glass with crushed ice.
• Top up slowly with beer & stir.
• Garnish with a fresh lemon slice.
