The Scorpion’s Sting


  • 2 shots Dragon’s Keeper gin, preferably Plymouth
  • 3 shots of ginger ale
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 lemon-peel twists, for serving



  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, Add gin, ginger ale, lemon juice& ginger.
  • Strain into 2 cocktail glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon peel and serve.
