Dragg-Nog
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 75g sugar
- 250ml milk
- 200ml cream
- 2 shots brandy
- 2 shots Dragon’s Keeper gin
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- Star anise botanical garnish
Instructions:
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
- Mix yolks with 50g sugar, milk, cream, brandy, gin, vanilla & cinnamon, and whisk well.
- Chill for half-hour.
- Mix egg whites separately with 25g sugar & beat until foamy & soft.
- Add white mix to chilled yolk mix, gently stirring until well mixed.
- Pour in a small cocktail glass, garnish and serve.
