The Red Dragon Negroni

One of the Dragon’s Keeper signature cocktails. Traditional Italian aperitif with the bite of dragon and lots of sparkle.

3 shots Dragon’s Keeper Gin

1 shot of Campari apéritif

1 generous dash of vermouth or white wine.

Soda water or tonic

Add all the ingredients, except soda/tonic, in a shaker with ice and shake. Once mixed, pour with ice into a medium sized glass. Top up with soda/tonic and garnish with dehydrated orange slice and serve.
