The Gina Colada

Summer never ends with Dragon’s Keeper gin. Here is a quick and easy twist on a classic beach cocktail that we call the Gina Colada.

3 shots Dragon’s Keeper Gin

2 shots coconut cream

120ml pineapple juice

In a blender, add Dragon’s Keeper, coconut cream and fresh pure pineapple juice to lots of ice and blend until chilled and smooth.

Pour the mixture into your favourite beach cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple caviar pearls and some fresh cherries.
