The Vesper Viper

Go green for St Patrick’s Day with a Dragon’s Keeper twist on James Bond’s favourite martini – the vesper martini.

3 shots Dragon’s Keeper Gin

1 shot vodka

1/2 shot green sambuca

In a cocktail shaker, add Dragon’s Keeper, vodka and sambuca to lots of ice. Shake well to chill. Pour in your favourite martini glass and garnish with some dehydrated lemon or orange slices.
