The Secret Admirer

Ingredients:

• ½ cup of Dragon’s Keeper Gin 
• ¼ cup orange juice
• 1 cup of sliced strawberries
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp hot water

In a carafe add:

• ½ cup Dragon’s Keeper Gin
• ¼ cup of orange juice
• 1 cup of sliced strawberries

Instructions:

In a bowl, dissolve 1 tbsp of sugar with 2 tbsp of hot water.

• Pour this sugar mixture in the carafe and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• Once cool, pour into glasses and top with equal parts sparkling water.
• Garnish with strawberries and serve!
