The Dragon’s Lust

• 2 ripe passion fruits (they should have a crinkly appearance), halved
• 3 shots of dragons keeper gin 
• 2 shots of passion fruit cordial
• ½ shot of lime juice
• ½ shot of simple syrup
• Champagne to serve

Instructions:

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice:– Scoop the seeds from one passion fruit and place into the shaker 

  – Add the gin, passion fruit cordial, lime juice and simple syrup

• Give it a passionate shake and pour strained into your martini glass.
• Top up with champagne 
• Garnish with half a passion fruit and serve!
