Here’s how to fling up your very own spring with a cocktail shaker:

• 2 shots of Dragon’s Keeper Gin
• 1 shot of pomegranate juice
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• lots of ice

Shake and pour into your favourite cocktail glass.

Top up with tonic, garnish with dehydrated fruit and some floral botanicals, and serve.
