Pink Dragon Grapefruit

• Double shot Dragon’s Keeper gin
• 3 raspberries, plus 1 extra to garnish, if you like
• a Quarter glass of pink grapefruit juice
• 1 tbsp sugar syrup (optional)
• Ice
• Champagne or prosecco/sparkling wine, to top up
• Edible flower petals, to garnish (optional)

Celebrate the month of love with this high-spirited cocktail. In a cocktail shaker add a double shot of Dragon’s Keeper gin, 3 raspberries, a quarter glass of pink grapefruit juice, 1 tablespoon of sugar and some ice. Shake till your shaker feels ice cold, not like your heart, just kidding and top up with some sparkling wine. Drop in a raspberry and garnish with love.
