- 1 Shot Dragons Keeper Gin
- 1 Shot pure lemon juice
- 1 Shot simple syrup
- Sparkling wine
- Dehydrated lemon slice
- Cherry caviar pearls garnish
Prepare the syrup by adding sugar and boiling water in a container. Stir until smooth.
Combine gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass. Top up with sparkling wine. Stir gently. Dehydrated lemon slice & cherry caviar pearls garnish.
